It’s very normal to feel nervous, or unsure about your first session with a psychologist or a coach. Fee will provide a non-judgmental, private, and safe place for you to discuss whatever you feel comfortable talking about. Prior to your first session, it can be helpful for you to consider what has been difficult for you lately, what improvements you would like to make in your life and what you would like to get out of working together. The aim of the sessions is to work with us to achieve those changes and goals to move towards a thriving and flourishing life.
Within the intake forms and first session, we will typically ask you questions about yourself, your life, your goals and any obstacles you would like to overcome to reach those goals. Together, you will collaboratively reverse engineer a plan of how to get to your goals, overcome any hurdles, discuss how many sessions it may take, and how frequently sessions should be scheduled.
